1.6-Meter Boom: Featuring an extra-long 1.6-meter boom capable of handling loads up to 500 kg. This equipment offers a remarkably compact footprint, making it the best in its class.
Safety Limit Switch: All models come standard with a top safety limit switch that automatically cuts power to the motor if the operator fails to stop it in time, preventing overtravel.
Counterweight Tray: The machine supports two heavy-duty counterweight trays, specially designed to hold 4” or 6” concrete blocks for optimal balance and stability.
Toolbox: BRIGHTECH is having in built toolbox in the mini-lift, providing convenient storage for tools and spare parts directly on the machine.
Counterweight Bucket: An addition to the machine’s main counterweight system, a separate boom counterweight bucket is provided to properly balance the boom’s weight.
Heavy-Duty Gearbox: Equipped with a rugged speed reduction gearbox directly coupled to the rope drum, this design eliminates the need for belt drives, enhancing reliability and reducing maintenance.
Pendant Operation Control: The machine is operated via a relay-based control panel integrated into a remote pendant. It features automatic shutdown during overloads or over-travel conditions for operator safety and ease of use.
